We are super excited to be back in schools this month and collecting data for the second year of this project. We can’t believe AdSleep pupils are in Year 8 and Year 10 already! One of our schools is currently finishing off their two-week daily sleep and media diaries, and we have hundreds of responses so thank you! We also have 19 pupils wearing movement trackers to verify their diaries. Next up, our team will be visiting school next week to gather more information about sleep habits and perform a word learning task with all AdSleep pupils. Can’t wait to see you all next week!
In the meantime, we have finally seen the first demo of our new app and it is looking amazing! We are hoping to pilot the app in the next few months before rolling it out to 500+ teenagers in September. More to come on this soon…
