Thank you so much to the students, teachers, and parents who helped get Snoozify off the ground. Over 500 students took part with more than 400 still using the app after weeks. Overall, the results found that sleep and device use tends to worsen across the school term. The good news though is: Snoozify users turned their devices off 25 minutes earlier, slept for longer and felt more rested the next day! We also found that Snoozify users had improved anxiety and feelings of worry by the end of the study.
