AdSleep

This week has been big for the AdSleep project! We now have one school who have been completing their daily sleep/media diaries for one week – congratulations to the 2 pupils who won a £10 voucher for completing their diaries diligently! 12 students from this school are also wearing wrist-worn movement trackers to verify their sleep diaries. Our second school have just started their sleep/media diaries and 13 pupils are due to wear movement trackers for 2 weeks from tomorrow!
