Today was a really exciting day in the AdSleep project. We launched a demo of our new app “Snoozify” to a group of teachers and practitioners at our annual Research In Practice event! The feedback has been really positive so far and we are really excited to get the app out. We are currently piloting it with a small group of 13-14-year-olds. We plan to test the final version of the app with a larger group of adolescents later this year.
